Vikramshila polytechnic Darapur hosted a Guest lecture on Personality Development 12thoct2022 for all students students. The speaker of the session was Prof R. N. Sonune,. The purpose of this guest lecture was to provide knowledge about importance of Personality Development. Prof R. N. Sonune started the lecture with how to develop personality by making small changes within ourself such as developing leadership quality , various hobbies, communication as a part of our personality. He made the students to understand about role of personality development to achieve personal and professional success. Students were encouraged to identify their area of interest, and get the personality that they always want etc. and focus on those skills to get the job in various sectors. Throughout this lecture, students gained the knowledge about building their capacities nurturing talents and enhancing new skills and behaviors which makes and individual distinctive opportunities for future career growth. They also gained the knowledge of different techniques and models applied for developing new skills.
